Gia Allemand is vying for Jake Pavelka's heart on The Bachelor, but she vied for men's attention in a different way when she posed for these racy Maxim pics!

It turns out Gia, one of Jake's final four remaining women this season on the reality show, wasn't kidding when she lists her profession as "swimsuit model."

Apparently, Gia Allemand stripped down for Maxim a few years ago after breaking up with her previous boyfriend, injury-proned MLB pitcher Carl Pavano.

A John Edwards sex tape, made with former mistress (and current girlfriend?) Rielle Hunter actually exists.

No matter how many times we hear about this, no matter how many reliable sources confirm its existence, this will never cease to be a shocking development in an already-jaw dropping scandal.

Earlier today, Superior Court Judge Abraham Penn Jones reprimanded Andrew Young, the ex-Edwards aide that played a major role in covering up - for awhile, anyway - his boss' affair with Hunter.

Jones ruled that Young has until Wednesday afternoon to hand over items "of a personal nature" that belonged to Edwards, according to The News and Observer. Young has said he's storing the alleged video in a safe deposit box in Atlanta.

"These items are to be produced and turned over to the court. The court will put them under lock and key - and under seal - until the lawsuit is resolved," the judge said, referring to Hunter's temporary restraining order against Young.

Meanwhile, the relationship between Edwards and Hunter is STILL going on, confirms the latter's sister, Roxanne Marshall. She profited off it this week by telling Inside Edition:

"[Rielle] still believes they will be together. She is very happy. What mother wouldn't be, especially after his denying [fatherhood]?"

It's true. Just think of the role model Hunter's daughter now has to look up to. She might grow up to be a politician... that uses campaign funds to cover up a child she produced when she cheated on her cancer-stricken spouse.

Hollywood case : Lindsay Lohan vs. Samantha Ronson: Round 37!

Stop us if you've heard this before: Lindsay Lohan has made a public spectacle of herself.

Witnesses told Radar Online that the troubled, unemployed actress was drinking, drugging and flipping out at ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson on Wednesday night.

"Sam was working her usual weekly gig DJing at Crown bar," an onlooker said. "Lindsay turned up around 11 pm and she was in the mood for trouble!

"[She] was drinking straight out of a bottle of vodka and I saw her take an orange prescription bottle out of her bag and pop a couple of pills that she said were Adderal, she even offered some of the pills to a friend that was with her."

This anonymous source went on to say that Lindsay grew "more and more worked up" as Ronson failed to acknowledge her, even as Lohan dirty danced with another girl in front of the DJ.

Finally, Samantha had enough and referred to Lindsay as a "disgrace." The Crotch of Fire's response?

"She picked up a drink and threw it straight in her face! Sam was absolutely furious and picked up some DJ equipment that was by her and threw that at Lindsay. It was crazy!"

Eh, sounds more like another typical day in the life of Lindsay Lohan, who was escorted out of the club by a friend. That's the hardest part to believe in all this:

Hollywood Affair :James Watson: Dating Jamie Lynn Spears

Look out, Hayden Panettiere: Jamie Lynn Spears is coming after your title of the Hollywood's Most Ambitious Anti-Cougar.

In its current issue, Star Magazine reports that Britney's 18-year old sister has moved on from her baby's daddy, Casey Aldridge, and into the arms of a 28-year old named James Watson.

He owns a company called Advanced Multimedia Partners and "installs communications equipment and high-definition TVs for large corporations," a source says, adding: "James enjoys making money  - and enjoys spending it, too."

NO LONGER OK: Despite the presence of a camera, fresh muffins and a newly-brewed pot of coffee in their kitchen, Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge somehow did not make it as a couple.

The couple started dating in December, which doesn't come as a surprise to those that know Jamie Lynn.

"Even when she was pregnant, she didn't really see a future with [Casey]," a friend said. "She only gave the impression of staying with him so long because it looked better in the eyes of the public."

That seems morally wrong, doesn't it? That's not the sort of thing Sarah Palin would ever force her own knocked up daughter to do because... oh, wait. Nevermind.

Charlie Sheen's SUV: Stolen, Crashed, Lying at Bottom of Cliff

As if Charlie Sheen's personal life wasn't unusual enough...

The actor's SUV was reportedly stolen early this morning and is currently lying at the bottom of a cliff near Mulholland Drive.

TMZ confirms the actor was awoken at 4 a.m. today with a call from an OnStar-like service. It informed him that his vehicle had crashed and its airbags had deployed.

Sheen relayed this news to his security team, who inspected the home, and found no trace of the SUV. At this time, Charlie called the police and reported it stolen.

Law enforcement officials later found the demolished SUV 400 feet down from Mulholland Drive, having seemingly plummeted off a cliff.

No victims nor suspects have been found yet.

Sheen is due in court on Monday to face a felony charge that stems from his alleged attack of wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas Day. The past six weeks have been even worse for the actor than the awful CBS sitcom on which he stars.

** UPATE: Sheen apparently left the keys in the ignition, and the garage door open, when he returned from work around 8 p.m. He sounds as intelligent as he is peaceful.

"Charlie is fine," publicist Stan Rosenfield said, while police have ruled out anything other than a basic car theft. It's not like Sheen made it difficult for the criminals.

But it's also a big day for one of the most underrated singers on the planet: Shakira turns 33!

Because her hips don't lie, we must also be honest with readers when it comes to this artist. She's ridiculously talented. Shakira has won a pair of Grammy Awards, eight Latin Grammys and even received a Golden Globe nomination.

Moreover, Shakira started the Pies Descalzos Foundation, which subsidizes education and builds schools in the star's home country of Colombia.

Hollywood Rumor : Selena Gomez Gushes About Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner

Late last week, Selena Gomez appeared on Ryan Seacrest's radio show.

Shockingly, she didn't pimp out any babies. Instead, she simply gushed about a friend.

“One of my favorite stories with Taylor Swift was when I was going through a very hard breakup," Selena told listeners. "She came to my house at 10:30 at night and knocked on my door. I opened it, and she had two big bags of junk food, cookies, Snickers and soda."

“She put it on the table, put her laptop on, we made a video, and she told me that now we could look forward to breakups, since we know the other one will get us junk food!”

That may be the cutest story we've ever heard. Let's hope Swift doesn't require the same treatment, though, if her rumored relationship with Cory Monteith sours.

Hollywood gossip: Producer Pushing Lindsay Lohan-Lady Gaga Duet

Don't bet on it, but producer Rodney Jerkins, who's going to be out of work if he keeps coming up with ideas like this, says he'd like the two to work together.

"I can pair them up," says Jerkins, who recently collaborated on Gaga's "Telephone" with Beyoncé. "I would love it. I would love to see what could happen."

While it sounds like convincing the Lost writers to collaborate with the total hacks who bring you Heroes, Jerkins thinks this would be a can't miss project.

He also thinks Lohan can be the next big thing in music. We were thinking that she can be the next big thing in 5150 holds at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

The only thing pulled out when it comes to Lohan is ... forget it.

Basically, don't hold your breath for this duet. Lady Gaga's Grammy performance showed what a dynamic performer she is. Lohan? Not in her league.

Hollywood News : Angelina Pivarnick: Back For Jersey Shore Season 2

Angelina Pivarnick, a.k.a. the girl who bailed on the Jersey Shore house early in the show's first season, is coming back to Jersey Shore for its second season.

The bartender who "does great things" (one of our favorite Jersey Shore quotes) and couldn't take working in the lowly t-shirt store will be there and it is on.

Especially if your name is J-Woww.

Pivarnick, the self-proclaimed "Kim Kardashian of Staten Island" (whatever the hell that implies) says J-Woww (a.k.a. Jenni Farley) better watch her back!

Nominated for best rap collaboration with Jay-Z and Kanye West, Rihanna paired her usual fiery hair with an Elie Saab Haute Couture gown, Neil Lane diamond earrings, bracelet and rings mixed with two Diamond in the Rough rings.

Hollywood Birthday : Happy Birthday, Lauren Conrad!

She's been a part of our lives since 2004, when Laguna Beach provided a glimpse into the lives of Orange County teenagers. She then went on to star on The Hills.

Hollywood Family : Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Do Not Appear Unhappy

This should quell those pesky breakup rumors. Ha, well, at least until the next round of celebrity gossip tabloid covers are rolled out later this week.

The reportedly miserable pair looked anything but during a night out together at the Directors Guild of America Awards on Saturday in Los Angeles.

The couple's first public appearance together in more than a month coincided with Pitt's honoring Inglourious Basterds director Quentin Tarantino.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt cuddled at the table they shared with the director. A source reports that Brangelina was more "affectionate" than usual.

"They would whisper in each other’s ears and laugh," the source says. "They looked really happy." She even "beamed with pride" when he spoke.

They sure look happy to THG. In fact, no credible piece of information we've read has suggested otherwise. Still, sources say - nay, insist - they are having trouble.

Us reports Jolie feels she is shouldering the parental burden of their six kids, Maddox, 8, Pax, 6, Zahara, 5, Shiloh, 3, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 18 months.

That we could believe. But Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston being back together, as more than one magazine proclaimed last week? A bit far-fetched at this point.

As for the rumors that Angelina Jolie recently was cheating on Brad with her Salt dialogue coach and/or had an affair with Lady Gaga? That's just hilarious.

Hollywood couple : Kristen Bell: Engaged to Dax Shepard!

Kristen Bell is engaged to Dax Shepard, her rep has confirmed.

If How I Met Your Mother quotes have taught us anything, it's that every marriage has a "reacher" and a "settler." In this scenario, Dax Shepard is definitely the reacher.

No offense to Dax, but come on. Anyway.

Shepard proposed over the holidays and Bell debuted her ring on the red carpet of the Grammy Awards Sunday night. The couple has been together two years.

The When in Rome actress and Gossip Girl narrator recently detailed what her perfect date night with Dax Shepard is like in November's issue of Women's Health.

Aww. Sounds like a cute relationship built to last.

Danielle Staub Swears Off Sex

Note to Danielle Staub: There's a difference between abstinence and being such a major nut job that no man wants to come near you.

In a new interview, the Real Housewife of New Jersey - whose sordid past of cocaine, arrests, and prostitution was uncovered last summer - says she's a born-again virgin.

“I’m abstinent now,” she told People. “I realized that with abstinence, if you really, really believe in yourself like I do, you discover your own self-worth. Abstinence means you refrain from any sex — thinking about it, doing it — even to yourself!"

Staub says it’s been “over a year-and-a-half” since she was penetrated in any way. Isn't that a lovely image?

Spinning her inability to find a man into some sort of spiritual endeavor, Staub says:

“I am saving myself for marriage. I didn’t do it the first two times, but I learned from my mistakes. It’s okay to wait... I think the right one will see me. I want old-fashioned courting.”
